This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website at rawtoready.co.in, why we collect it, how we store it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
It applies to visitors to our website and to people who contact us through the website, WhatsApp, email or our social media profiles.
Automation audit tool. Our website offers a free five-step automation assessment. If you complete it, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, business type or industry, approximate hours per day spent on manual work, approximate team size, and the manual task you identify as your biggest problem.
Contact form. If you send us a message through our contact page, we collect the name, contact details and message content you provide.
WhatsApp and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp using the buttons on our website, or by email, we receive your WhatsApp number or email address along with the content of your messages.
You are not required to give us any of this information. If you choose not to, you can still browse the website — you simply will not be able to use the audit tool or submit an enquiry.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use our website. This collects standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city or region level), device and browser type, referring website, and time spent on pages. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the website will continue to work.
For business-to-business outreach, we may collect business contact details that have been made publicly available by the business owner — including business name, business phone number, business email and business address — from public directories, business listings and professional networks.
We use this only to make an initial business introduction by email or through professional networking platforms. We do not use publicly sourced contact details for automated messaging, bulk messaging, or WhatsApp messaging of any kind.
If you would prefer we did not hold your business contact details, email rawtoreadyai@gmail.com and we will remove them within 30 days.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not collect government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, or any other sensitive personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
We rely on your consent for the automation audit and for any marketing communication. Where you have engaged us for a project, we process your data because it is necessary to perform that contract.
We will only send you promotional or marketing messages — on WhatsApp, email or any other channel — if you have given us permission to do so.
If you submit the audit form or contact us with an enquiry, we treat that as permission to reply to you about that specific request. It does not automatically enrol you in marketing.
You can withdraw permission at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message, or by emailing rawtoreadyai@gmail.com. We will stop sending promotional messages, though we may still need to contact you about an active project.
Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
Website form submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region of India. Access is restricted to Raw to Ready and protected by password authentication and access controls. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
