We build and deliver custom automation and software solutions for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins. These terms govern the overall relationship; the written scope governs the specific project.
Demonstration applications shown on this website or in sales meetings are illustrative. They use sample data and are not offered as production systems.
Fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Unless the project scope states otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. GST is charged where applicable under Indian law.

You are responsible for how you use the systems we build for you after delivery.
Our solutions often connect to third-party platforms, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Google services, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, not by ours.
Where we build or operate WhatsApp messaging on your behalf, you are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from every recipient and for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We do not send messages to contacts who have not opted in, and we will not build systems intended to do so.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions or price changes imposed by third-party platforms.
Content on this website, including text, design and demonstration applications, belongs to Raw to Ready unless stated otherwise.
Ownership of custom work we deliver to you is set out in the written scope for that project. Unless agreed otherwise, we retain the right to reuse general techniques, know-how and reusable components developed in the course of the work, and you own the project-specific deliverables once payment is complete.
We treat business information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed work, or where required by law. We expect the same in return regarding non-public information about our methods and pricing.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that any system will be uninterrupted or entirely free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. You remain liable for fees for work completed up to the date of termination. We will hand over completed deliverables for which payment has been received.
